健脚フィットネス機器 「らくらくウォーク」 EU6510  世界初「膝らく運動」方式を採用で、膝に負担をかけず運動が出来て、脚力アップ 他動式運動機器である「らくらくウォーク」の「膝らく運動」方式は、 本体座面（シート）が左右斜め前に自動で前後し、V字のように動作します。 座部に座り、この動きに合わせて足で「ひざらくステップ」を踏み込む 「ステップ運動」をするだけで、脚力を鍛えることが出来きます。 (1)自動でV字に動く本体座部（シート）に座るだけで太ももの筋力約1.6倍アップ。 この「ステップ運動」は踏みこんで体重がかかると足元が沈み込み、 歩いているときと同じような感覚を再現しています。 また、足を踏み込む角度も、つま先下がりに踏むことができるように設計している為、 脚の筋肉を前後バランスよく鍛え、ふとももの筋力を約1.6倍にアップします。 (2)運動中の膝にかかる負荷はウォーキングの約1/8 体重を本体座部（シート）で支えながら、 膝の負担が少ない140度の膝角度で運動ができます。 ステップを踏み込んだとき、足元の「ひざらくステップ」が沈み込むので、 膝の負担が少ない角度を保ちながら運動することができます。 膝の曲げ伸ばしを繰り返すウォーキングと比べると、 膝にかかる負荷は約1/8に軽減されます。 ウォーキングやサイクリングなど膝を深く曲げた状態や曲げ伸ばしが必要な運動は 膝への負担が大きくなります。 また、膝を伸ばしすぎた状態だと運動効果が低下してしまいます。 「膝らく運動」方式は、膝への負担が少なく、運動効果が高い約140度の膝角度を 常に保ちながら運動することができます。 また、本体座部（シート）の形状を股関節と膝、足先が一直線になるようにしているため、 座部にV字運動中にも膝をひねる心配がありません。 高齢者でも使いやすい「大型操作パネル」 大型の操作パネルで、高齢者の方でも簡単に使用できます 運動時間とスピードを設定すると、ステップを踏んだ回数を表示し、 運動量の目安がわかります 販売価格188,800円（税込） *★*☆*★*☆*★*☆速報！新商品ステーション*★*☆*★*☆*★ 速報！新商品ステーションへ 良ければクリックしてネ！
